What to do, when, how, where, and why?

These are questions that come up often in my head. If you've been walking with ORIGEM for a while, you know about the famous "Terça-Share" a reading moment every Tuesday to talk about purpose, business, rest, and success. But the Terça-Share needed a pause. Because of the processes I was going through, the ones that brought me right here.

The phrase "there is a time for everything" comes from King Solomon, who wisely left it written in the book of Ecclesiastes 3:1-8, in the Bible, meaning that every event in life has a right moment, determined by God, including being born, dying, planting, harvesting, weeping, and laughing. This wisdom invites us to accept the cycles of life and to trust in God's timing, recognizing that not all seasons last forever and that each one carries a purpose. In other words, some moments in life we need to stay silent and pay attention. Others demand action. I was in that second moment. Planting seeds, tending the soil, trusting that each one of them would take root.

Now that this season has passed, I feel more at ease being here writing. And more than that: eager to share what I learned along the way.

My commitment is to talk about four things: purpose, business, rest, and success.

Nothing technical. Nothing tool-oriented. No text written just to shove a CTA at the end and get you to book a meeting. This is not bait.

These are moments to pause. To process and learn together. Because the life of a leader, of an entrepreneur, often feels lonely. A Harvard Business Review study showed that half of the CEOs interviewed had experienced loneliness in their role. And those who build businesses in Brazil know it's no different here — the overwhelm and the isolation are part of the daily life of anyone who decides to build something of their own.

But it doesn't have to be that way all the time. And that's the point of this space.

If there is a time for everything, why a blog, and why now?

I could just keep posting on social media. But a social media post lasts two days. A text here stays. It stays for whoever needs to read it a month from now, a year from now.

A blog is where a thought has room to exist in full — no character limits, no algorithm deciding who gets to see it. It's mine. It's ours. And it's where the conversation truly has depth.

I'm coming back now because the silence served its purpose. I planted, I tended, and the seeds took root. Now it's time to harvest — and to share.
